I am a Social Worker/Psychotherapist with a genuine, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach. In our work together, I draw from various therapeutic approaches, but focus most of all on building a safe and supportive relationship from which growth, vulnerability and insight can feel possible.
I have received specialized training in supporting survivors of sexual violence, newcomers and refugees, and trans and non-binary folks. I have completed additional training in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practice, Psychodynamics, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Anti-Oppressive Practice, and Trauma-Informed care.
