Azin takes on a trauma-informed, feminist, and progressive approach in her therapy practice. She emphasizes the role of self-compassion, reparenting, and reframing of thoughts in attaining relief of symptoms and self-efficacy both during and beyond sessions.
Azin’s areas of focus are on how our body and nervous system store and sustain the negative impacts of trauma, as well as how our narratives and perspectives about our experiences shape or hinder our capacity to heal.

Fee: $135+HST for 50-minutes
